New City Hall, and Public Spaces

The Urban Plan puts three new public buildings at the beginning of a new inter-regional road. In this area there are also public spaces and gardens. The City Hall building is the key element of the plan because it connects with the railroad station, marks a boundary around the Centro Congressi square and, passing over the road at the north side, reaches the gardens on the hill.
