Housing building

Housing building

Preliminary study.  2015

This project strives to relate to several issues that today are part of living in houses. Aspects of the research include the interior spaces of the houses and their relationship with the indoor and outdoor common spaces; the energy savings for the indoor climate; the low overheating of the outside of the building. The interior spaces can change from a more traditional plan to one of continuous open space. The interior common space would be open and transparent and would emphasize the continuity of the interior and exterior space. Its climate condition should be set in between the temperature of indoor/outdoor space. Today’s technology offers several choices to monitor the desired temperature inside your own unit. The houses should have interior and exterior spaces where every one could do activities feeling surrounded by green spaces. The façade and the rest of the exterior should reduce to the minimum the overheating during the hot months of the year, so that the house avoids participating in the overheating of the environment.
